Unless you work for an extraordinary employer, you will find yourself with 80 hours worth of work for 40 hours worth of pay.
Management often earns bonuses, raises and promotions based on their ability to effect major results at or under budget.
Instead ask how to advance to higher positions (since Harvey Weinstein, et al, the answer to this question should be less salacious).
It is good to show yourself able to work faster, more efficiently. (This may not endear you to your peers at your same level.) Find out what qualifications are required for jobs up the food chain and apply your energies to obtaining those qualifications so you are ready when the next opening happens.
