How do I rid of procrastination and increase the amount of hours of sleep I recieve each night?

I’m a highschool student who gets good grades in school, but struggles in the process. I suffer from really bad procrastination and started to become lazier and lazier. In result, I now stay up very late getting assignments done, in which I find both unpleasant and displeasing. I know I could be called dumb for procrastinating, when I know that it doesn’t make me happy. If anyone has some tips, pointers, or anything helpful/work related in highschool, please help me out!

Organize a routine.
The temptation when you're young is to think....done enough of this today. Surely !
But if you organize and plan how you'll attack your assignments, you'll find you get more done and to a better standard.

Tell yourself to do something for 2 minutes. when you finish the 2 minutes, you’ll already be there and want to do more.
go to sleep by 9pm and wake up early, get dressed and ready for your day and then study until its time to go. morning brain works better
