you may need some b12
many food's can help with that ,for some reason doctors are not as quick to give you a shot of it now ,but they do have one as good
but its better if you get it regular in your diet anyway
usually green veggies will help with that
its worth looking up ,it may be all you need

@rckt148 thanks. And i hate green veggies. Except broccoli and green beans.

@iamnikki well they are green ,but look it up ,you may find some foods you like that will help
Sometimes I get run down and I get a shot my daughter gives me (it comes from the doctor and she is in nursing )
but I do know it would be easier to get in my diet ,but as a rule I am not big on eating
I usually eat once a day ,which they say is a problem with the meds I take and just for general health issues
I hope you get to feeling better
have a blessed one

hope something helps ,I know what is to be dragging
on top of being disabled ,I suffered a heat stroke last year ,I have not been quite myself since
I know age has nothing to do with feeling bad ,I had major back surgery on my spine on my 30th birthday
but if you are otherwise healthy ,maybe just the right food can help
at least I hope so
not trying to be a pest ,I do understand how it feels

@rckt148 I've been drinking lemon water. No major improvement.I l9ve fruit but dont eat it often. I don't crave it and the sugar, although natural, messes up my skin. I've tried probiotics before. I think another problem us i have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.sorry about your troubles

@iamnikki I am blessed dear ,
my health is just a distraction ,I am blessed ,I am still going 12 yrs after doctors said I would be in a wheel chair
but hopefully you can find something natural ,but if you don't you can ask your doctor about B12 ,and if he says he has to justify it ,then tell him you have heard of an alternative that is similar ,
its best in shot form ,and I have a daughter who gives me mine ,but I have not needed one for a while or I would tell you what it is ,
my Daughter also uses Melatonin for sleep ,its all natural ,and in liquid form I hear it is a miracle for headaches ,you can get that at Walgreens or Walmart
i understand the sleep ,that is the hardest part of my disability ,I sleep when I do ,not when I want to ,but I take enough meds for my heart (lack of sleep damaged )and pain meds ,so I am not adding anymore then I have to
but I hope you get relief ,
I know its hell to feel bad and few really seem to care
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@rckt148 Thank you. I have a pill form of melatonin. it does make me sleepy but it usually makes me restless so I don't fall asleep.
