I Hate My Boss

My supervisor at work calls me for minor mistakes...one time while he was lecturing me abt the correct procedures, I realised that I didn't do that job...he didn't even call the correct person to give them a lecture.... So I think he was biased n nasty.

Just casually mention, by the way you know that job you lectured me on, you do know I did not even do that job and you said nothing to the person who did. Is there a problem with me?

Did you correct him? There's absolutely nothing wrong with pointing out a mistake by your "superior".

@xixgun I did...I told him I didn't do it.... N he just wrapped up the convoy and when on by as if nothing happened. I'm trying to avoid him..

Most the time also when I worked at places, I got the stigma of always messing up, they'll blame me of doing something I didn even do,and I tbh can't even remember most the time lol so I just suck it up and be like (sorry won't do it again)

@wakanda4eva they should clarify before they confront u... U seem laid back abt it.. Sometimes that's a good approach... Thanks for the encouragement on my business plans...
