I Hate My Boss

So, our first shift supervisor threatened to beat the shit out of a driver (I work in logistics at a warehouse). He was yelling at this guy and everything. It seriously scared me. Like, I literally almost walked out. My coworker has done the same thing. Supervisor and coworker are both black and the truck drivers were both white. I don't know if that's relevant, but it is interesting. I don't have the best background with guys, so yelling scares the hell out of me. I want out of this job so bad. I go to work now scared of the two main guys I work with for a couple of hours. My supervisor and I got into it big time when I told him that I was pissed and scared. I may have said a couple of the wrong things, but I didn't mean to. I'm just now scared to go to work, and nobody understands why I'm so terrified of guys fighting like that.
