I Hate My Boss

I don't hate her. She's a nice person. I just hate having her around because she's annoying and I am more efficient when she's not around to drone on and on about mindless nonsense. She drains me if all of my energy and it leaves me mentally exhausted. I'm rude when I wear headphones to focus but she can go on a rant for 45 min about how she had dry mouth from standing in a line for an hour to buy a vacuum while the store is having a sale...yea....ok. If she could go more than 5 minutes without having to say something or could just answer questions with single answers and without back story that has nothing to do with anything. That would be fantastic!

She means we'll I guess but she's just annoying. if I need help or time for personal tjings, she's there ,but is just so overbearing. Just constant talking. I've told her numerous times that I can't deal with being bombarded with random conversation when I come in and that I don't talk all of the time but she doesn't seem to care. I guess that's pretty douchey. plus she seems to take offense when me and my coworker don't talk to her.

yeah i bet lol , but just remember that is very rare to find a boss that not deliberately try to ruin your life , maybe you can try to get pissed off only with sadistic people and not with annoying but essentially good people
