I Hate My Boss

I hate my boss, mainly because I feel her title of 'supervisor' went to her head. I have been with the company over 11 years, and she has been there for only about 3. Her e-mails are filled with grammatical and spelling errors. She is hardly ever at her desk. A co-worker, who is believed to like her, comes to her desk a lot. She sometimes e-mails me to do a certain task, when I'm already working on it! She is condescending and seems to look down on not just me, but my fellow co-workers under her. We have discussed that our team could run itself, but itself, without her.
