A 960 hour break
So now it is 30 days till I have money again, during this time I want to have completed vol. 1 of Capital along with Harvey's Companion to it, which covers I think vol. 2. If I can finish other things that will be great, and a daily surge of educational videos.
I want to see if I can be silent here for FORTY days, so that I can be well into whatever new things gotten before yapping about them.
I love to compile lists, so I might do that for my Marxist material, this field is wide and I have some things that I may not immediately think as being part of it.
It's been on my radar for a long time, and thus there is a bit of selection to be had. I have, which is now all dirty, a big whitish paperback that I tried around 2008 to read, at the time I was enthralled by the cinema of Dusan Makavejev, and most of my favorite film directors of the 60's were of this kind, so I would write on the margins of that book "what would this guy say about Makavejev?" Like it was the most pressing thing. Godard had a Mao period when he made his late 60's works like La chinoise too.
Before I had my own personal computer and i'd do all my online stuff on dad's computer in his room I would go through ink cartridges like they were toilet paper printing out whole books from Marxists.org and Project Gutenberg, I was a crazy guy, more crazy that I am now!!
If I can't handle being quiet here for 40 days, be not surprised, I usually change my mind so that nothing I say should be taken seriously, but I am getting into this stuff, and will be working on LISTS to annotate and share, so that people interested in the same things can mock me for not having more, and the desirous can see what they might want to pick up.
Take it easy y'all, and see you in 960 hours!!
