@DeluxedEdition I go through alot of issues including inflammation. Because I drink as well and with a poor diet. But then I try intermittent fasting. I also workout and will focus more on regular exercises and light meal.

Yeah I had to give it up too. I miss it sooooo bad. Not the caffeine, just a comforting warm mug and dark, bitter taste, the smell, the brewing or getting a cup from somewhere nice to sip on 😭

I just drunk fennel tea which calms your stomach and helps with Gerd, keep off coffee and alcohol totally for a few months, I also juiced white cabbage for a few months to which then totally cured me but its a hard thing to do lol, plus eat smaller portions.
