As I sit in my office going over my mail I ponder the next step in my day

A staff member has been found to have been in breach of their terms of employment and I am to sit on the board of their disciplinary procedure which I know is likely to lead to their sacking. It is when I have to do this kind of thing that I look inside myself and examine my conscience to make sure that I judge fairly with all Christian feeling and charity. I find it difficult to judge others in this way especially when we are in the midst of a living standards crisis.
