It is so important to enjoy your work and the co-workers, then it does not seem like work.

I’m retired but my last job was pretty manic like yours, where I was sleep deprived and consumed shit tons of caffeine. The stress was too much for me though, and the pay didn’t match the effort :/

I bloody loved it though.
