Dumb kid rolled a skid steer down a hill side. He got lucky because he jumped clear. Machine is sitting with it's tracks in the air at the bottom of the hill. Its steep but not that steep. You could probably right it and just back it up the hill. Company is afraid to send men down for fear of liability.
