Yes and talk to them
Their jobs are hard and thankless to a degree
@pituitarypendulum the head of the office at Keller Williams told me "You're the hardest worker here! Thanks for everything you do!" on my last night as his janitor. The management told me it was a "bad fit". I was fired that night.
People are about yea genuine with us low life cleaners!
I'm sorry you talk to the janitor - you don't mean a single word.

I did indeed. Tony was one of the nicest, and most rewarding individuals to talk to.
Here's a clue! As janitorial staff we aren't employees. We get no sick days, no holidays. We usually work when nobody's around, all alone.
You're the employees. You're the people who say "have a nice weekend,!". We don't have weekends.

Lol! With the size of the company I work at, I know the names of the 10 people I work with most and that's it.
When I worked in an office, I made a point to know them. They often saw me because I tended to come in early and leave late. I knew our security staff, too.

No, I never saw them when I used to work in an office.

Not really they work mainly when I’m out of my dungeon.
SpectralMourning · 41-45, M
Nope, I never see them. They're like the shoemaker's elves.
