I made a serious adult decision to cut sugar.

I was fully committed. Focused. Dedicated.
I'm sure sugar heard me so I decided to ate a kunafa chocolate crepe last night as a farewell tour.

Woke up ready today to be reborn. 🥹🌞

Walked into work then my coworker casually hands me stuff like it is part of a prophecy written centuries ago.

At this point I think I don’t have a sugar addiction.
I have a sugar destiny. 🫩

It isn't easy. I've quit sugar before and it's more addictive than tobacco. Then there's withdrawal symptoms. But at the same time it's poison
Cancer thrives on sugar
And it won't do any good to quit sugar unless empty carbs are quit too.

@Worldreject consuming sugar can create hormones that cause hunger for more sugar. It is physically addictive that way.
