Why do all workplaces have that one idiot doing it their way with timetables?
So let's say the schedule is 12 hours 4 days on 4 days off. The idiot requests to 60 hours mon to fri and boss agrees. Or shift patterns where nights are nights and days are days, the idiot requests to "on my days off can I do a few nights apart from a day before my usual day shift?" Or 40 hours a week with OT available that idiot does 80 hours a week.
Not just once or twice but EVERY WEEK.
