We are getting a new manager at work
It'll be the 4th in 3 years since ive been there. Its always a tense time as a manager can make your job smooth or a living hell. You never know which one you'll get.

Managers, like deypers, need to be changed often. And usually for the same reason.
At my old job, I used to joke about how the place ate managers. like, "Aww look, the shop is eating" kind of like how we feel when we feed the birds at the park. 🥹
But yeah like you were saying, they come in, think they are going clean house, but then they burn out and are just as unmotivated as all the other new sheriffs that the place has devoured in the past.
