Sitting on interview committees......

From time to time, I am called to sit in on interview committees for new hires and promotions...... i am amazed at the amount of people who appear unprepared for the interview. Do you normally interview prospective new hires, and if so, what are some of the more common mistakes you have seen during these interviews ??

I think that's normal. Not everyone is a professional job seeker lol I like when employers set expectations for the interview, give valuable information about the process, and feedback after the fact.
