How do managers handle this kind of thing without creating tension?
Not a big deal here, I'm just tryna learn people skills. Earlier I politely asked the manager of another department why her employees keep asking me to do something kinda redundant (what it is is a whole other story). She agreed with me and said she'll talk to those particular people about it.
So... what's she gonna say without creating animosity? "SinlessOnslaught told me you keep asking hin to do this. Don't do that"? Lol
