Heart or thumbs up translation

So, this coworker of mine seems to be hearting comments I make. Do men heart a persons comment if they have a “crush” on you and thumbs up if they are just being platonic? I’m just curious.

I generally heart most responses to my posts, it's just an easy way to show i saw and appreciated
