Can I sue if I put my health at risk because of being forced to follow employer policy?

If I put my health in jeopardy, if because I have to follow new employer policy, if I become ill because of being forced to follow that policy, can I then sue? Just wondering.

Your asking the wrong question, because in America, you can literally sue for anything... if they were a blue shirt and you don't like it, you can use, using is not the question, can you use and win enough money to offset the legal cost and cost of possibly being unemployed , that's the question.

As far as if you can you win, I don't think you have provided enough details for anyone to answer this, as a lot depends on the job, what you agreed upon when you started and accepted the job, any potential Union agreements, and what a reasonable person would expect upon accepting all of that.

Also depends on what state you're in...

And what they're having you do new that you think is potential hurting your health.

So far, I'd guess and say no, you can't win

And you would probably need an expert on the subject to tell you how much you might potentially win.

But they probably won't win much until after something bad happens.
