Can I sue if I put my health at risk because of being forced to follow employer policy?

If I put my health in jeopardy, if because I have to follow new employer policy, if I become ill because of being forced to follow that policy, can I then sue? Just wondering.

You should be able to refuse any work you deem as unsafe, as far as suing don’t know.

As in my last year the entire office deemed coming to the office was unsafe 🤪 but they made us come anyways.
