You Ever Been Close To Suspension At Your Job?

This last semester at the school where I teach, one more write up would have put me in suspension and I would not have been able to return in Fall. I have been accused of being mean spirited and too harsh with my students. But the truth is, I just want them to be the best they can be. Ever been written up a lot at your job?

I have similar skill worries and because I care as well. I'm working to re think my perspective. It's coming back to me now, the kinder approach.

I wish you well, but would encourage you to consider that some kids don't understand harsh- and so the caring intent is not received

@JosiahForSure not intending to judge. It's also been put in place for someone ( I hope it will be someone I trust) to observe me for tone and social cue response. I'm ashamed to need help, but maybe that could help you?
