I have similar skill worries and because I care as well. I'm working to re think my perspective. It's coming back to me now, the kinder approach.

I wish you well, but would encourage you to consider that some kids don't understand harsh- and so the caring intent is not received

Could be just another tactic they're using to "keep you on your toes".

My first job I think I was suspended from by never showing up again but technically I had suspended them first , by not showing up
