As someone who was in food service myself for 15 years I had some really bad managers in my time and one that refused to do hot dogs at a snack bar would count as one. Why did your partner allow them to stay, which cost nine employees, as well as overpaying nepotism. I'd be having a talk with them if I were in your position,

@NativePortlander1970 it was his cousin.
For Pete's sake it is mini golf and is supposed to be family friendly and affordable
@MarineBob Regardless, causing nine to quit is a serious red flag. I once worked at a pizza buffet, not Shakey's, years ago, we got a new manager and within a month 20 of us employees quit, we're all surprised that it took corporate three months to step in, taking it away from the franchise owner, and restructuring it.

@NativePortlander1970 day one drug testing became mandatory.
@MarineBob Better safe than sorry, but how does that account for the snack manager from refusing to do hot dogs?

@NativePortlander1970 wanted 5 star menu food and prices
@MarineBob At a mini golf family park. I hate to say this, but your partner is going to cost you your business.

@NativePortlander1970 as of tomorrow he stays away for one year unless he is a paying customer. Only employees will be allowed free play
