What are chances that my boss would pick up others' complaints

if mine revolved around other co-workers being affected as well? I've told her that one keeps the others from work of which one told me she could focus perfectly if the reason why she got distracted wasn't me. The lazy ones threatened me to tell our boss, but hands down, she got complained about by others way earlier already. But since my boss replied to all this with "we definitely have to talk about all this" I keep on thinking that maybe she waited for me to come to her until she'd confront me with the others' complaints about me.
