Finally got the permanent position in the bank I am currently working

Up to now I was working as contract staff. Contract staff have less facilities and can lose their job anytime. But after being permanent, we have more facilities, more salary, job security and many more. Finally my hardwork paid after 2 years working as contract staff in this bank. I even got highest score in the performance evaluation because I always give my best effort :)
