I hate job interviews so much.

I feel like it's a waste of time having to sit there convincing someone on why they should pick me. Most of the time they pick the wrong people who are lazy and unreliable. I love the jobs where an interview isn't required. I never get the job if it's a female doing the interviewing.

Have u tried through agencies? Any particular job yer going for? If so pick one particular job n go in for voluntary work. e.g. to be a supermarket assistant or barrista (cafe worker) one will have to volunteer at charity shop for customer experience. More examples: higher a van and become delivery driver for companies. Self employed for short while before working for Amazon as delivery driver (their own van plus they pay maintenance). Volunteer at local coffee shop, organise your own charity event to get public relations experience, become your own caretaker to become a caretaker working for a company, volunteer at a reception-

The list can go on.

It’s the exact same thing as dating

HR drones love to play games. Then the lazy creatures tell management some tale about "lack of qualified applicants."

@Crazywaterspring I agree, plus everyone lies during their interview they think they have a qualified candidate but most times they don't really.
Just lie about everything. That's what I do. it works out pretty well
Yeah it's ridiculous how much we have to prove ourselves.

@Spoiledbrat Ikr, plus it's like what do you have to offer me by working here. They don't hold all the power that's something I learned recently.
