I’m just saying, my now former boss is lucky I even told her and offered to work a couple more shifts before I left for my new job, because I know she won’t have anyone else.
Well, she wants to be rude, now she can just close by herself 🤷♀️
I'm forever amazed by why managers don't understand that the employees are their #1 asset and if they treat them right they will get more than if they treat them like crap.
