Got a text this afternoon from my past workplace boss. Texted me if I would be available to train someone one night. I replied saying that I decline the offer. I didn’t give her a reason. She replied just thought I would ask with a smiley face...

Personally I think she wants you back. She could've of had the new hire come in and train, when she was there. Just curious. Why did you leave?

@Neoerectus I know she wouldn’t change the wage cuz the company is contracted with another company and the lost some clientele during the pandemic. Every employee makes a certain amount since they are given a budget.
