Looking at available office space

Not a lot of commercial space is available. Our current lease is on a handshake deal which for the most part is legally binding here. They've found me a few properties but I'm wanting to stay within the resort area. Besides county Emergency management has never done any business with me, they've looked and got free quotes but never ordered anything but a couple of free samples
