Lazy ass employee thought he was being fired today

He knows I am upset with him, had school staff and his mother here. Nope he's a tax credit I'm not willing to give up yet. Talked to a mowing service and swapped out employees. He's not happy about it. Went against everyone by not firing him, he was also informed that the new company doesn't pay as well.
