Apartment hunting catch-22:
My workplace is in the city center and all of the grocery stores are out in the suburbs. So no matter what I do, i have to go in and out of there somehow. :\

Had a buddy who lived in downtown Chicago and he would drive almost an hour to the burbs monthly to food shop.
