Ok night at work.
Slow night, but I work alone on the loading dock. Have two really busy trucks. They have been non stop tonight. I think my counter part on the other side of the building is busy as well.

Not a bad night. Boxes pretty much stopped coming down thw slides at 4:30.
On break the new metal detectors picked up my surgical steel in my hip.
At home weigh in 132 pounds. Down from 150. Graduated college at 120. So 130 would be nice before my vacation last week of August.
