Um, I'm gonna have a new manager.
This is going to be interesting 🤔
Come August, my former coworker/trainer is going to be my new manager...
On one hand, I absolutely loved him as a coworker... on the other hand, I absolutely had some issues with him as a trainer, including him having extremely strong opinions, despite not knowing his stuff and having something backwards, or not letting me know how he wanted something completed.
So... this might be an interesting rollercoaster ride... 🎢 ... on the bright side, we know we can be friends, and we know we can fight, and still like each other on the other side. I'll be alright. :)
But still, gonna be interesting to see how this goes...
Also, I'll say he's very knowledgeable, just not as knowledgeable as he thinks he is... and when he gets something mixed up (we all do at times) you'll absolutely have to show him 100% proof before he'll realize he's mistaken. But good guy, meals well, and doesn't take things personal, we can be friends even shortly after butting heads hard.
