We're so short-staffed that it's gonna be me and just a bunch of nurses that have never done this before

@Stark who doesn't like doing something they're super good at? I was literally running circles around ppl and happily jumping from station to station. I was just fast and couldn't stay still. But it really felt like it was time to leave, and the pay was just not it.

I cried when I left 😂 but it had to be done. I learned a lot there.

@SailorMarz I felt like that with my first job. I was there for so long I knew any and everything about it. ;( I had to leave because management changed and it went to shit and yeah the pay suck. My second job was basically the same because they ended up changing their system to the same exact system my last job had so I knew how to do everything on it and no one else did not even the manager 🤭. So, it was nice knowing everything. But I’m also glad I left those jobs but being in a place where you know absolutely everything is such a confidence booster I hated when I got my current job and constantly felt lost. I still do at times.

@Stark yesss, I'd get praised left and right lol. It definitely feels good to know everything, and clock in knowing it's gonna be a piece of cake. I miss those days. I'm still learning here and that's why I'm nervous about tonight. I don't think I'm in no position to be delegating these ppl but I know enough I guess 🙄.

Being in one place for too long, even if you like it, starts to feel stagnant and at some point you're just ready to grow and do more. Maybe start your own lil business with all your new found social skills and shit.

But damn, Talking to ppl I barely know makes me uncomfortable so this is such a fucking drag to me lol
