How do you let the world know that someone is a total fraud?

Honestly this guy I knew was a complete liar and only cared about his own gains. He could not care any less who he impacts negatively. I wish there was a way to warn others about him. I can prove what I would tell but without a doubt he would retaliate with full spiteful force and I could not afford to defend against him.
