It's always hard to get new people to take me seriously
In new jobs or in nursing school at first because I look small. It has to be that what else would it be? I'm a hard worker, I'm nice and intelligent.

You know if women didn't come on and tell us these things we would never even know you had these kinds of problems because it wouldn't even occur to me to take someone less seriously because they were smaller than me.
like if I didnt listen I wouldnt even guess that you girls would have struggles like this to begin with. Didn't realize the world was full of people who thought you're so small so let me trivailize you and treat you like a little kid.
