It's always hard to get new people to take me seriously

In new jobs or in nursing school at first because I look small. It has to be that what else would it be? I'm a hard worker, I'm nice and intelligent.

You might be quite agreeable by nature, I'm the same as I'm quite chill but I've come to realise it's important for me to set boundaries and enforce them. It's just navigating the social landscape and figuring how to do that without causing confrontation.
