Is there a job called "Paper Rumpler"?

Just breaking down boxes and assorted bubble wraps and air pillows and came across a long strip of brown paper, about 12" wide and 12' long, crumpled to help absorb shipping shocks.

It caused me to wonder if each packer rumples their own paper, or there's a full-time rumpler.
