Prepare for a job interview one level higher in responsibility, than you're applying for.
I did this for an entry level retail sales position.
Trying to get into the mind of the interviewer, I looked at Corporate sales interview preparedness, and typical questions.
To my shock, they asked from that list verbatim -- and I WAS prepared. I t was a success.
