Will it be easy to find employee's this summer ?

I'm a assistant guy at a pool retail shop.

Last year & the year i had to work 60 hours a week i don't want to have to do that again.

Will it be easy to find employee's this summer ?

I've no idea nationally, but where I live, they are praying for enough Seasonal workers along the beach front. No joke.
