The nerve of some people had a rude customer yesterday and today

1st one was a gentleman he was wondering why the slushes were different I told him three times the slushy he wanted we use real fruit for it and he still didn't understand luckily my assistant manager took over and explained it better of course he didn't get yelled at

2nd was a lady was asking a question or so I thought. I thought she was asking for the price we had for the medium drinks so I answered her and she says I know! Voice rude so I said I apologize ma'am I just misheard you and thought you were asking me for the price (need I remind you her car engine was very loud and the stall she was at was facing the street so a lot of cars were passing by) anyways she's like can we continue?? Because I wasn't done yet I was shocked wanted to say excuse me but I will not be disrespected like this ma'am but I bit my tongue and gave her order and wished her a nice day.

For all of you who disrespect people in the food industry I feel real sorry for you. No one is above anyone no matter what their job is. Treat people with respect because we are all trying to survive this world.

I wish every single person had to work in a service job or maybe more than one in order to graduate from college. At most they have volunteer days where they play around and work as a group doing projects. I mean a real job without your buddies backing you up. See how it feels before you go out into life. This is one reason I respect the Japanese public school system. They teach the students from a very young age to respect those who are serving them and they are expected to clean the classrooms and help serve lunch meals & clean up the area after lunch too.
