I don't want to jinx it, but I must say my new job is awesome.

For the past 7 years I have held jobs that essentially are entrepreneurial --24/7. It is so nice to work a 40 hour work week, have colleagues who support each other, and be respected for my expertise. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me--and I didn't fully appreciate that I do better working within a large organization.
