I Know When Im Getting My Period When

Generally I tend to develop a slight redness under my eyes, and I start to crave chocolate (more than usual). I don't really get moody because I am not in touch with my emotions, I don't really understand them. When I'm about to turn I also get dark circles under my eyes, they have the same appearance as bags but they are present even if I sleep well for the night.
