I Know When Im Getting My Period When

I usually crave sweets or potato (in rare cases salt, literal salt)
My appetite either gets too big or too small (loss of appetite happens more often)
Cramps start 1 2 days before bleeding.
My stomach gets bloated.
When bleeding starts I might get dizzy.
I cry out of the blue, I can not stop crying.
