About two weeks every month My period is mostly very painful with irregular menstrual cycle which makes my mood change quickly. A couple of days before my period comes, I can get a little grumpy and easily irritated. There are many excellent brands such as Cora superplus, Lola superplus, Lil-Lets superplus, Carefree superplus, Gentle-Day superplus, Ellen superplus, August superplus, Organyc superplus and all of these have quite resistant thick wings. I use any of these brands but they expand in different ways and have their special benefits.
