I hate having menstrual cycles

Even though I took out my testicular tissues on my ovotestes because they were cancerous and one of my ovarian tissues because it developed cancer and I have one side of an ovary and seminferous tubules and fallopian tubes left I still get periods and I hate getting menstrual cycles. I should have taken out both ovaries and fallopian tubes and my uterus on top of seminiferous tubules on both sides instead of just the cancerous ovary and testes. Even if I wear an overnight heavy duty pad and underwear to bed my blood still leaks through and stains my sheets and mattress topper and this is with one fucking ovary. I went without a period last month and made it to the end of this month until yesterday with no period. I noticed spotting on the tissue paper while I cleaned myself and felt that slight burning sensation that means a period is coming so I thought I prepared. I’m so sick of this. I will gladly wear adult diapers during my sleep when I’m on my menstrual cycle at this point because I am sick of scrubbing out blood with oxiclean stain remover and hardcore cleaning soap on my mattress topper and sheet and not all of it coming out. It’s so awkward that my parents and sister know I stained my sheets and mattress topper when I put it to wash and dryer. And I’m tired of scrubbing out my underwear with blood stains that I wear to bed. I hate having periods too because usually I sleep naked in bed to be cool and breezed out under the warm blanket and quilt. Even with one ovary left and fallopian tubes and seminiferous tubules left on one side of my abdomen I still get significant periods which makes no sense. I was worried about starting early menopause if I took out both of my ovaries and such but having to take estrogen on top of my other medications would be better than bleeding through my sheets and mattress topper and constantly having to clean it out! I also learned I can’t sleep on my back during my period because the blood leaks to the back of my underwear. When will this nuisance end?
