Ladies this one is for you, how do you manage your cramps?

So I have endometriosis and my period cramps are so bad pamprin and midol don't touch it. I use heat that really doesn't help. What do you all do to make your cramps more manageable?

Crazy as it may sound..........(and hopefully ur BF isn't a guy that cringes at the mention of sex around period time)...........but from experience with a past GF that had horrible cramps I can tell you that making love seems to ease cramps about 90%.
