Ladies this one is for you, how do you manage your cramps?

So I have endometriosis and my period cramps are so bad pamprin and midol don't touch it. I use heat that really doesn't help. What do you all do to make your cramps more manageable?

@Sassychick420 I used to have to pop about 10 to 12 Ibuprofen a day. I had fibroids, endometriosis and adenomyosis. The pain was unbearable and my flow was so bad I had to wear a tampon plus a pad.

@SW-User yes I have the heaviest flow ugh wear tampons during the day if I wear one at night I'll end up leaking so I tolerate pads at night so I'm not making a mess

@SW-User yeah they want to scrape my uterus again ugh it's been years and I know that's why the cramps are getting worse
