I fainted at the bus stop and I banged my head

I had hot flushes so I sat down on the bus seat then I woken up on the floor and an woman helped me up and told me I had fainted and banged my head. I faint a lot on my period but this is first time Its happened in public and this is the worst fainting experince Ive had whilst on my period. I feel exhausted and Im fighting my body not to fall asleep and I feel like im going to faint again but luckily im sat at home so hopefully I wont bash my head again If I did faint again.
